- Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed
- We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services
- Risk passes to you upon delivery
- Please inspect your order upon arrival and report any issues within 48 hours

- 30-day return policy from date of delivery
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, in original condition with tags attached
- Refunds processed within 5-7 business days of receiving returned items
- Return shipping costs covered for UK customers (international customers responsible for return shipping)
