How to Measure
Chest
Measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape measure horizontal and ensuring it’s not too tight.
Waist
Measure around your natural waistline – this is typically where you wear your trousers.
Inside Leg
Measure from the top of your inner thigh down to your ankle bone.
Sleeve
Measure from the center back of your neck, across your shoulder, and down to your wrist bone (arm slightly bent).
